**Position Summary**
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. This role supports critical initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with customers, and team members. The analyst partners closely with functional collaborators and the broader analytics community to support and improve supply chain performance at both the site and network level.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
+ Analyze and communicate the impact of customer (internal/external) blocking issues to leadership.
+ Collaborate with the global organization to integrate site-level solutions into centralized processes for broader organizational benefit.
+ Provide analytical support across key supply chain domains including SIOP, demand planning, supply management, materials, and distribution.
+ Gather, validate, and consolidate data from different sources (e.g., Infor, SAP, Macola, Excel reports, PowerBI databases, Kinaxis).
+ Build and maintain reports and presentations using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, Including dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for ongoing business performance tracking.
+ Apply root cause analysis and PPI (Practical Process Improvement) methodologies to drive balanced corrective actions and maintain service levels.
+ Generate and distribute regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Ensure reporting consistency and alignment with the enterprise analytics team.
+ Collaborate across functions to promote standard methodologies and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2+ years of experience in an analyst or data-driven role.
+ Proficient in Excel, including advanced pivot tables, Power Query, charting and formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH).
+ Hands-on experience with analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
+ Understanding of supply chain concepts, manufacturing processes, and planning principles.
+ Familiar with MRP systems and ERP dynamics.
+ Strong competence in data analysis and ability to interpret large, sophisticated data sets to uncover insights and inefficiencies.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or ISM CPSM.
+ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
+ Experience with planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment using ERP/MRP tools.

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Responsibilities
-Tracking and controlling supply chain KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring necessary proactive measures are taken to close gaps to meet the budget.
-Maintaining stable and sustainable collaboration with external vendors to ensure sufficient replenishment of raw materials and facilities while remaining within budget requirements.
-Overseeing the performance of managers and teams. Identifying and addressing staff training and development needs.

**Supply Chain Specialist position**

The Supply Chain Specialist will be in charge to analyze, track and report supply chain health associated to major programs, such as Government Contracts, Key Corporate Accounts Contract etc. Will also have to assess the risk associated to parts shortages and/or impact of external events. Track metrics like on time performance, customer order fulfillment lead time etc.

Will develop and lead supply chain projects, performing data gathering, reporting, transactional activities, and required data analysis. Projects could be focused at one or across multiple sites depending on the business need. The position could be used to support functional needs depending on the business need.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with functional leadership to develop a standard mechanism to track orders, supply and risk.
- Capture and aggregate data to track key metrics related to on time performance, supply shortages impacting the program
- Ensure the proper level of communication and proactive escalation.
- Effectively communicate the status of projects to Operations and all levels of management
- Monitor project plan timelines and communicate any implications of timeline slippage to management with proposed solutions.
- Recognize problems influencing or affected by other resource requirements impacting the ability to deliver projects in the predetermined timeline.
- Constantly look for JDI (Just Do it) opportunities that provide an immediate impact.
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience in leading and driving projects across multiple functional areas.
- Experience in production planning and capacity management policies and procedures, the capability to evaluate capacity models, smooth production loads and identify and overcome constraints
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing concepts and principles, finite scheduling, product flow, data management, and supply chain planning
- Highly knowledgeable regarding MRP principles and system dynamics
- Familiarity and experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts
- Highly proficient in managing and analyzing data in Excel; complex pivot tables & reporting, power query, advanced charting, data analysis
- Ability to demonstrate influencing skills, judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Strong organization skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience supporting creation of processes outside an ERP environment and integrating them into the environment
- Certified in production and inventory management, supply chain management, or Project management; APICS CPIM, CSCP, Project management PMP, or ISM CPSM
- Lean/six sigma green belt or higher
- Proficient in project management software
- Planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing MRP/ERP tools (Made2Manage, Oracle, SAP, JDE, server-based systems)

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations within multinational companies.
+ Strong background in the medical technology or healthcare sector.
+ Demonstrated success in leading regional teams and managing complex international projects.
+ Expertise in S&OP, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with ERP systems (e. . , SAP, Oracle).
+ Certification in supply chain or procurement (e. . , APICS, CSCP, CPSM).
+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Fully remote, independent contractor role.

Position Purpose: Executes assigned support and data management processes across L.L.Bean’s Supply Chain department. Maintains system with the most accurate data available for multiple channels (direct, retail, wholesale, international). Communicates effectively with counterparts inside and outside the company.

- Executes and maintains Supply Chain processes as assigned.-
- Executes one or more process which may include:- Updating purchase orders in SAP based on the information provided by Vendors, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or any other counterparts inside/outside the company.-
- Collecting and managing costing from vendors.-
- Supporting packaging in data entry of specifications.-
- Resolving discrepancies in shipments, advanced shipment notices, invoices.-
- General support, supports ad hoc requests and analysis for other Supply Chain functions.-
- Follows timelines, process and best practices.-
- Effectively communicates and engages. States clearly point of view, ideas and expectations.-
- Learns and engages in the execution of tasks within assigned tools (SAP, Manhattan, Excel etc.)-
- Knows reports and data sources that support the function. Uses reports.-
- Provides support to peers in training.-
- Builds relationships with all partners, a team player.-
- May participate in Supply Chain and Supply Chain Shared Services projects.-
- Partners with process owners, superusers and leadership to document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).-
- Understanding of impacts to costing, service levels, receipts, data accuracy, and information integrity. Supports Sourcing, Inventory Management, Logistics, Packaging, and others.-
- Understands connections between owned processes and L.L.Bean’s goals and effectively works to achieve department and organizational goals.-
- Develops an understanding of the impact of tools and technology on the role.- About you:
- Education level: Advanced student or degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field-
- English level: Advanced oral and written (C1 or above)-
