Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de Telemarketing para el negocio de ADT Security Services Costa Rica.
Tus responsabilidades:
- Calificar leads provenientes de campañas de Marketing y llamadas entrantes a la central telefónica de ventas, una vez teniendo al prospecto en línea, se tiene que dar información general de ADT, y si está interesado, debe realizar el perfilamiento, para validar si cumple con los requisitos para ser atendido por un vendedor.
- Asignar las oportunidades generadas por medio de la calificación de leads mediante una cita a la fuerza de ventas de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos.
- Dar seguimiento a las oportunidades entregadas a la fuerza de ventas, para validar que haya sido atendida en tiempo y agilizar la conversión a ventas.
- Controlar por medio de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales los leads, las oportunidades y las ventas provenientes de las oportunidades entregadas a la fuerza de ventas.
- Presentar resultados mensuales de la gestión de calificación de leads.
- Dar retroalimentación de forma semanal de la calidad de leads entregados.
- Dar atención a la central telefónica de ventas.
- Dar apoyo en algún otro tipo de gestión requerida por la Gerencia.

Responsibilities:
- As a Loan Officer, you will be helping to create and process new loans. It involves various steps, starting from the initial application.
- Provide a pre-qualified amount to the customer.
- Once complete, send the application to the underwriter department for final approval.
- To reach the daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs
- Loan officers should be able to explain financial concepts clearly, provide guidance, and address customer concerns in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Learn and stay up to date with lending regulations in the US.
NOTE: Loan Officer will not be the one to approve the loan application. The approval comes from the pre-underwriting team.
Basic Qualifications
- At least Senior high school graduate.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a big plus. This includes any experience delivering rebuttals or objection-handling statements.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- To be comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls.
- Computer proficiency, loan officers must be familiar with and comfortable using loan origination software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience in Loan processing and lending quote and quote.
· Have experience on sales and up sales that allow the candidate to reach out daily, weekly and monthly goals.
· B2+ English level
· Finance/accounting or banking experience.
