This is a quota bearing position responsible for daily contact with specific identified accounts of their assigned territory. Works with customers in providing appropriate information to meet customers' needs while attaining assigned corporate goals and supporting company directives to drive revenues/margins and ensure organizational profitability. Serve as a mentor to ASRs, resolves escalated issues and responsible for managing the day-to-day business flow (training schedules, encourage vendor floor days participation, etc.). Requires previous experience in SAP, a sales support role or in the Tech Data sales environment.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
- Willing to engage in Tech Data vendor and customer engagement activities that are outside of the pre-defined work hours as part of the total account ownership concept. (10%)
- Manages the resolution of routine, non-complex issues under some directions or guidance. Answers customer questions on pricing, availability of products, and any shipping or service issues related to placed orders. Displays an understanding of the importance of the customer experience from relationship development to issue resolution. (20%)
- Attends Tech Data and vendor partner training as assigned. Represents Tech Data professionally in daily interface with business partners/customers. (20%)

**Experience**:
