QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Degree required

Is Required Category B1 and D3 license.

1 years of previous warehouse experience.

Have good aptitude, good vision, and capable of accurately utilizing detailed measurement instruments such as a scale.

Must have the capacity to calculate, coordinate, detect, evaluate, and collect detailed information.

Theory test for driving approved for COSEVI.

Experience with hydraulic jacks, digital scales, and other warehouse equipment.

Language Proficiency

Must be able to follow Spanish written procedures

Preferred Qualifications & Education

This position executes Documentation Control activities which includes:

- Prepares work order kitting based on work order production planning process.

- Execute inventory transactions in SAP for the transfer and adjustment of inventory.

**Supply Chain Analyst Position**

The Supply Chain analyst supports the function with data analysis and coordination to support specific projects. The Supply Chain analyst partner with the other functions and the analytics team to support business decisions and impact of those decisions. Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Time horizon is typically focused on less than six months for forecasting/planning. Additional guidance/criteria: Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region; Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.
- Accountable for supply and demand activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets global and regional planning requirements.
- Manages a team of exempt individual contributors that typically support a moderately complex global business unit.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems (SAP S/4, EWM, TM, Oracle), with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support multinational clients and cross-border initiatives. Experience in the medical device industry is a strong plus.
+ Lead and execute consulting projects focused on optimizing supply chain and operational performance.
+ Analyze and improve processes across inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and procurement.
+ Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
+ Configure and optimize ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Oracle) to support business transformation.
+ Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify pain points and develop tailored solutions.
+ Deliver measurable improvements in delivery times, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
+ Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) in client communications, documentation, and training.
+ Support change management and knowledge transfer across diverse teams and regions.
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting roles.
+ Proven success in process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
+ Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and Oracle.
+ Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
+ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience working with clients in the medical device or healthcare industry.
+ Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
+ PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
+ Fully remote, independent contractor role.
