**Bilingual Project Manager- Multiuse Facility Construction**
About the role
The Project Manager provides project management consulting services for our high-profile client account. The Project Manager will achieve the company's strategic business objectives for multiple multi-use facilities renovation projects globally including Latin America with an emphasis on corporate headquarters.
As part of the Project Management function leads the management of projects and stakeholders from initiation through completion while serving as the owner's representative. Role requires an onsite presence up to 3-5 day/week as needed.
What you'll do
+ Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
+ Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
+ Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
+ Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
+ Direct the project team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
+ Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
+ Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Mentor others and share knowledge of your own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence). Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
What you'll need
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Full Bilingual in English and Spanish
+ General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project. Smartsheet and Bluebeam experience is beneficial.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality

**Job Description**:
As a Project Manager for our Professional Services Organization you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to scope. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and/or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000 to $140,000 + commission/bonus + equity + benefits.
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. **Position overview:**
This will be a crucial position in our company-wide program office that supports the expansion of our shared services offerings to Thermo Fisher businesses. The Project Manager, GBS Enablement will lead all aspects of transition, migration, process improvement, automations, system implementations, and other change and transformation programs and ensure successful program delivery. **Required education/experience:**

**In this role, you will**:

**Job Description**:
Summary:
The Product Logistics Coordinator will oversee portions of the order fulfillment lifecycle as it relates to product logistics, distribution tracking & remediation for installation projects. This position relies on adaptive learning, analytical and organizational skills to monitor, track and report on the progress of the product order shipments, logistics, and delivery to respective customer locations based on assigned projects. The person in this role will have demonstrated solid communication skills in providing clear, concise, and accurate status reporting exhibiting strong attention to detail, along with the ability to follow through and drive resolution to critical time-based activities. Finally, the Product Logistics Coordinator will provide input into continuous improvement opportunities to the project delivery process, including writing SOP’s, and updating various forms of electronic documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor & track all product shipments and deliveries for all locations based on the assigned projects using enterprise software tools and solutions.
2. Drives resolution for all product shipment or delivery issues including but not limited to product shortages, missing product, or damaged product.
3. Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Field/Contractor teams on status of product shipments, issues & resolution.
4. Proactively identify risks and issues with product shipment, logistics, and delivery, escalating as appropriate to the Project Manager.
5. Provides regular reporting on overall status of product shipment, logistics, and delivery to project team.
6. Participates in meetings and/or conference calls with project team on regular basis.
7. Performs other duties as assigned. Offers assistance where needed to maintain efficient work flow.
**Requirements**:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or actively working towards a degree in a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of previous work experience in a corporate office environment, prefer knowledge of field installations.

Experience
Professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda
Proven experience in major project or change management roles with direct experience from concept to delivery
Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential
Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet
Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere
Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential
Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish
Familiarity delivering projects of work across a global organization
Some experience in transitioning roles and processes to offshore locations desirable
